Therapy for Children and Adolescents

We are passionate about serving children and strive to provide a safe and supportive environment within which meaningful change can occur.

Because play is a child’s primary language, we utilize a range of therapeutic toys and resources, alongside evidence-based interventions, to foster growth, resilience and a sense of empowerment for each child we serve. We strongly value family involvement in the child therapy process and work to collaborate with parents while honoring your child’s autonomy. Though our clinicians primarily practice from a psychodynamic, attachment-based treatment model that prioritizes the therapeutic relationship, they are skilled in a range of therapeutic techniques used to support your child’s social, emotional, and psychological development.

Our clinicians specialize in adolescent psychotherapy and feel honored to be part of a teen’s journey as they navigate a meaningful, and oftentimes challenging, developmental phase.

We believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is pivotal in understanding your teen’s struggles, alleviating their distress, and fostering growth and autonomy. Our clinicians focus on helping adolescents develop a solid sense of identity,  healthy self-esteem, and supportive relationships as they manage the many changes that come with this phase of life.
